In this nutrition workshop, I will help broaden your understanding of nutrition while also presenting simple strategies to immediately add to your daily routine.

- Straight-forward and simple nutrition guidelines to follow
- How to determine what your body type is
- How to portion macronutrients (you'll learn what those are too) and how to eat for your body type
- Difference between High-GI and Low-GI carbs
- What types of oils to cook with
- How to set goals that you can actually reach
- How to deal with set-backs so that you can get back on track
You will receive an electronic copy of Nancy's easy-to-use food log that will help you track your daily food intake, sleep, water, hunger, and stress. Plus, we will enjoy some delicious and healthy food prepared by Marvin!
